As what the title says, Imma going to do an review about the slimming pills that has recently been endorsed by Jeanette Aw.Every single day, be it cuddling with baby in bed or heading out for dinner or working in the office.. I niamed at any single one beside me with a overly used sentence!
"Cb! I feel so fat! I wanna jian fei! Should I try ___? or ___? or sign some slimming package from slimming companies!"
Ok, I think everyone got sick of it already!
Den one fine day while baby was watching tv, he saw this advertisement on Reduze Slimming Pills and told me to try out since I've been feeling fat all these while (coz his parents feed like me a pig and I am unable to reject yummy food). Plus the slimming package thing will cost me $2k - $3k. -_-
So after hesitation between Package & Pills. I decided to go for pills since it's only $128 (I think so, forgot the price of it already!).
I think I supa li hai, I didn't even went to google for it. Just bought it when I was at PS with baby at Watsons. -.- (Women's money supa good to earn!)
After getting it, I felt kinda regret lah coz Jeanette Aw is so slim already and it is not clinically proven that she really lost 2kgs from this pill.
No need you to tell me diet pills are useless ok! I know it myself! LOL I got money to spend on these pills what! Cannot meh? Huh Huh! cannot meh?!
But anyway in the box, there were 60 capsules. Takers would have to eat it before lunch and before dinner. Breakfast no need to eat coz breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so we are not allow to skip breakfast. It also state that if you were to have oily and heavy meals, they would advise you to take 2 pills.
(Btw, I'm left with a few pills)

1) Any side effects?
Nope! I eat normally, sleep normally, shit normally (I shit twice per day normally too).
2) Any weight loss?
I don't know leh coz I never weigh before and after. I was too terrified to step on the weighing machine. LOL But baby and his colleagues did mention to me that they feel I lost weight already. How true issit? I also dunno! :(
3) Did the pills reduce your appetite?
In fact, I think it did. But not much, However I no longer feel as hungry and as mouth-itchy as how I used to.

Oh! Anyway, I think you need to eat 90 days to really see the results. Which is 3 boxes. One thing I don't like about the pills is its supa smelly! The smell supa gross, I let my colleagues and baby smell and they ask me to fuck off! LOL Ok lah, they never say fuck off.. only ask me to go away! Hahaha
Boss still say "Aiyo... For godness sake, please don't think this weird weird smelly pills lah! Close more deals for me and use your commission to go for slimming package lah!" Knn! LOL
All the above are just my reviews, do not attempt to sue me if I mention anything wrong. However you may advise me on the wrong points so I would be able to edit this entry. :)
If whatever I wrote is really wrong, I do not mind being proved wrong if you are going to endorse me as Before and After! Hehehe.
Ok! Hope this entry helped you girls on to get the pills or not. But my advice is don't bother lah! Don't be as gei khiang as me to buy and try when you already know it's not useful. Lol

ReplyDeleteI can't gurantee you that there will be no side effects at all as I only took it for less den 30 days. And I'm not on the pills anymore as I don't feel there's much effects.

ReplyDeleteThe best way to reduce weight (or rather fat) is to go into a proper exercise and eating plan. Not sure if most of you realize that in those advertisements of slimming centres or pills like these, they would appear in very small fine print that going through this process does not guarantee long term results and it has to be accompanied by good exercise and proper diet regime.
I am not here to criticize any particular brand or slimming centre, just want to point out the importance of a good exercise and eating plan :)
Anonymous: Nope, no longer eating them already. I took it for less than a month. And I increase like 3-4 kgs more despite eating less carbo and all. So yep, my verdict is not good.

ReplyDeleteI feel you should just stop taking the pills immediately. I gained 3-4 kgs during my comsumption of the pills even though I had lesser oily/fried food or even smaller portions.
If it doesnt helps you in losing weight, no point continue to consume. :)

Hi Anon, in my personal opinion and experience.. I will suggest you to stop taking the pills because it will not be as effective as what advertisers or advertisements show.

I thought I am the only one not suitable consuming the pills after having headaches but you have the same problem too. Initially, I was skeptical about buying cos the package does not indicate the contents used as compared to GLOW. It only indicate as 100% Botanical extracts or something. Frankly I bought 2 boxes cos they were on sale, $79 instead of the usual $128.. sigh.. my appetitie increased instead of decreasing...

ReplyDeleteHi all losing weight is science you need to know your daily calorie need depending on your weight and height and activity. To lose a total of 1 kg you need to have a deficit of 7700 calories eg if your daily req is 2000 cal per day and you consume 1000 cal only you have 1000 cal deficit which if you continue for 7 days you will lose around 1 kg .. I have lost 10 kg in 2-3 months using this method ... Download hpb diet tracker apps they have a guide of local food calorie content to help you plan ... Tried the reduze pills it does help to curb appetite somehow and so far no side effects ... Maybe it's physiological ... Good luck all weigh losers

To be fair, consuming the pills made people think that they can wallop all the food that they want like there's no tomorrow and need not diet. It's absolutely ridiculous. The pills increases metabolism and you will still need exercises and good diet.
ReplyDeleteIt's not a magic pill. The only pill I heard of that produces an instant effect while you eat like dinosaur is the pill that produce tape worm in your body. The more you consume, the bigger the worm becomes. The price you pay? Hospitalization and potential death.
So how does Reduze helps? Ever heard of dieting and exercising and yet the result is slow or non existent? This is how the pills help. It ensures your exercising and dieting work hand in hand with it and produce a result. So if you consume the pill, exercise and diet like mad and it still doesnt work, I guess you have been curse with a fat karma and you need to go for Stomach Bypass Surgery. If it works, you will be extremely thin. If it doesnt, you will die just like Kanye West's mother. Get thin or die trying.
My wife started the pills on 11/06/12......to date, 05/07/12 haiz....no improvement......does not help at all. Not even the slightest sign.

Hi all, I was shocked to see all the stories about weight gain and increased appetite after taking Reduze. If only I had read about this beforehand instead of being taken in by the "science" behind Reduze.
ReplyDeleteI gained a lot of hard, visceral fat around my waist after taking Reduze, which has been incredibly difficult to lose despite going to a slimming centre and the gym. The pills made me sick and hungry so I ate even more. Reduze is a complete scam just like Slim 10. The weight gain really made me feel sick and tired all the time. I don't know if their claims about Reduze being FDA-approved and backed by clinical research is any true at all. Unfortunately I've thrown the box away and I can't prove that Reduze caused all those symptoms.
I don't believe Jeanette Aw actually took those pills. Even though I can't sue for damages, I'm gonna complain to CASE about false advertising. I hope more people will come out with their stories like I have.
